We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic lettings team! The Role:
As a Lettings Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Lettings team, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide range of telephone enquiries and correspondence.
- Working closely with Lettings Officers and Coordinators to monitor tenancy processes.
- Monitoring tenancy terminations and updating utility providers.
- Processing notifications and managing keys.
- Administering and monitoring team inboxes.
- Creating and booking sign-up visits with customers.
- Ensuring all systems are accurately updated.

We need someone who can work flexibly in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a high level of customer service. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy a varied workload, we want to hear from you!
Details:
- Pay: £14 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (flexible hours, e.g., 8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM)
- Location: Office-based in Northampton
- Duration: Approximately 2 months
