Crynodeb
Managerial responsibilities:The consultants each have individual managerial responsibilities overseen by the MedicalDirector. In this post you will provide support for the members of the medical team working in thecommunity. You will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with the nursing leads in thecommunity team.The post holder will act as the clinical or educational supervisor to one or more medical traineesat the hospice. Each member of the consultant team also provides leadership to one or more areas of clinicalgovernance, education, audit or research, as per individual interests and under direction fromthe medical director.
