Summary

We're looking for a Customer service Advisor to join our Cambridge CC Contract Administration team based in Cambridge.



Location: Cambridge

Hours: 40 hours per week



What will you be responsible for?As a Customer service Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination and administrative support.

Your day to day will include:

-Communicating with internal and external customers to manage service calls and work orders

-Scheduling and allocating work to engineers and subcontractors, and monitoring progress

-Managing inboxes, phone cover, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation

-Supporting Contract Managers and liaising with engineers to ensure timely job completion

-Reviewing performance reports and contributing to service improvements



What are we looking for?This role of Customer service Advisor is great for you if:

-You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills

-You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and have accurate data entry skills

-You can build effective working relationships and thrive in a collaborative team environment
