Position: HR Officer

Location: Swindon/Hybrid

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours over four days

Salary: £16,562 -£17,400 pro rata per annum / £27,603 - £29,000 FTE

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: Sunday 10 August at midnight

Interview Date: Online interview: Wednesday 20 August 2025. In-person interview in Swindon on Tuesday 26 August 2025

The Role

In this key role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner to support various business units across the organisation. Your responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to drafting contracts and employee care. As the first point of contact for HR queries within your business unit, you'll provide essential support, maintain accurate records, and champion employee well-being initiatives.

About You

We're seeking someone with proven experience working in an HR team, along with experience of:

- Working with HRIS, financial systems, and contract systems

- Drafting employment contracts and amendments

- Organising recruitment campaigns and being the first point of contact for candidates

- Running interviews (desirable)
