Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: North Star / Queens Drive Campus
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: up to £40,308We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our Finance team and support the delivery of high-quality procurement services across the college. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a passion for value-driven, compliant procurement.
Your Role Will Include:
Managing end-to-end tender processes for a wide range of goods and services
Supporting stakeholders to ensure procurement is planned and compliant from the outset
Maintaining and updating the college’s contract and procurement records
Advising internal teams on procurement regulations, processes, and financial procedures
Using e-tendering tools to ensure full transparency and auditability
What We’re Looking For:
Experience or understanding of procurement in public or education settings
Familiarity with Public Procurement Regulations and financial compliance
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Ability to work flexibly, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
