Our Charity
P3 is a modern, forward-thinking organisation, delivering excellent services for people who face social exclusion. Our values are that we innovate in our work. We're different, creative and like to think of new solutions. We are helpful in everything that we do. We're always friendly and approachable. We are passionate about people.
We believe that what we do can make a real and lasting difference. We are determined to tackle problems that others won't. We always go the extra mile and work with dedication and commitment. We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
The Role
Are you kind, approachable, and non-judgmental? If yes, then we have just the role for you!
We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our Floating Support Service in Rotherham. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals who are living in temporary or emergency accommodation. Your aim will be to support them through this transitional period and promote independence wherever possible.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out needs assessments, developing and implementing tailored support plans, assisting with life skills development, and working closely with external agencies to meet a wide range of needs.
As a Support Worker, you’ll visit people in their accommodation and in community settings, helping them understand their options and access the services and support available to them.
We're seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be flexible, proactive, and committed to making a real difference in people’s lives. Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
