We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Ealing.

- Pay: £95 - £115 per day
- School Type: 3-form entry primary school with over 600 pupils

You'll be working as part of a supportive SEND department, helping children with additional needs access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to SEND pupils in class
- Encouraging students' participation in both classroom and school life
- Assisting with break times, lunch, trips, and extra-curricular activities
- Using positive behaviour management strategies to promote safety and wellbeing
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to meet students' individual needs
What We're Looking For
- A positive mindset and genuine passion for supporting children with SEND
- Experience working with SEND or vulnerable individuals - this may include roles in schools, healthcare, social care, or youth/community work
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- Willingness to learn - full training and professional development will be provided
