Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing Department runs smoothly and efficiently
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and events
Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, email templates, and social media content
Maintain and update the company’s marketing database, CRM systems, and mailing lists
Schedule and organize marketing meetings, taking minutes and tracking follow-ups as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary content, data, and assets for marketing activities
Track, monitor, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools
Assist in managing company social media accounts (posting, monitoring engagement, replying to comments/messages)
Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns
Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches, including logistics, registrations, and vendor coordination
Liaise with external agencies, printers, designers, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely production of marketing materials
Conduct basic market research to gather information on competitors, trends, and target audiences
Ensure all marketing communications follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
Monitor inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials; reorder supplies when necessary
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external marketing activities
Support email marketing campaigns by drafting content, managing mailing lists, and analyzing results
Update and maintain content on the company website and landing pages using CMS platforms
Handle invoice processing and budget tracking for marketing expenditures
Assist in managing sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations
Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and technologies to suggest improvements or new ideas
