The Path to Success
All new team members start as a Tele / Field Marketer, responsible for booking high-quality sales appointments. With the support of a proven system, most team members arrange a standard of 3 - 4 appointments per hour.
From there, individuals can progress to Business Development Manager (BDM), where they'll carry-out appointments remotely or in person. The target is to arrange seven business owner appointments per day per BDM through:
- Referrals
- Cold calling
- Enquiries
- Existing customers
Appointments are grouped by postcode for efficiency, and partial appointment support is available at BDM level.
Top performers achieving an average of two sales per day (earning £1,000+ per week), will be eligible to progress to Regional Manager, overseeing others and earning overrides on software sales and your team.

- Confident in communication, or eager to develop that skill.

Some direct sales or marketing experience would be desirable but not essential.
