Summary
Invictus Complex Care is a fully nurse led complex care provider. We recruit specifically to our clients and provide excellent support to our team to ensure they feel valued and wish to continue working with us. We look after our care & nursing teams to allow them to have the confidence to look after our clients.
We are currently seeking a Complex Care Nurse Manager to support our clients and their team working predominantly from home. We pride ourselves on our honest and caring approach – one which we share with the clients, their families, and our teams.
At Invictus Complex Care we provide outstanding, personalised care to clients living with complex healthcare needs – allowing them to be supported by the team they choose. We are looking for registered nurses to support these clients and provide training and supervision to their care teams.
Our clinical team support each other to maintain optimum care delivery and ensure we lead by example. A passion for truly exceptional care is essential.
Key Responsibilities of our Complex Care Nurse Manager
· Manage a small caseload of complex care clients and their teams. From the initial enquiry to the care delivery.
· Actively managing each team, ensuring they feel valued, engaged and motivated to deliver an outstanding level of care, carrying out reviews and supporting their development as well as addressing any behaviour or performance concerns.
· Ensuring the quality of our service is maintained as the business grows.
· Ensure all nursing and care documentation is in keeping with CQC requirements.
· Work closely with the client, families, team, and commissioners/case managers to ensure our service is the best.
· Provide on-call support on a 4 week rotational basis.
· Support the clinical lead in ensuring all care provision exceeds the expectation of our client, our commissioners and the CQC
This role requires excellent organisational skills to be able to prioritise and respond accordingly to the needs of our clients.

Proof of your right to live and work in the UK
This position subject to an enhanced criminal record check (DBS) and referencing
