*** Telesales Person - East Kilbride***
Our client based in East Kilbride are currently looking for a driven Telesales Person to join their team. Ideally we are looking to fill a full time Monday to Friday shift, however a part time shift pattern is an option. This will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
The role involves making 70-90 outbound calls per day, logging call data accurately, and following up with prospects by phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects from provided data lists
- Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes into the CRM system
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and qualified leads
Requirements:
-Prior experience in outbound telesales or cold calling preferred
-Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
-Good organisational skills for logging and tracking data
-Ability to work independently and maintain motivation
-Basic IT skills (CRM system / spreadsheets / email follow-up)
Hours:
Full-time, 8-hour day (typically 0900 to 1700 with 30 min lunch).
