Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. This role requires a strong knowledge of anatomy and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Duties
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety guidelines.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team promptly.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans for patients.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all care provided in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Qualifications
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and patient care practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others in a healthcare setting.
Previous experience in a clinical environment is advantageous but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
