We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Workforce and Improvement Lead (Grade 8) to join our organization. Responsibilities
Lead workforce planning initiatives to optimize employee resource allocation and utilization.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across various operational processes.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhanced performance.
Collaborate with department heads to establish key performance indicators and monitor progress.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Regularly review and update workforce policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices.
Provide leadership and support to teams in implementing change management processes for improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, resource management, or process improvement.
Demonstrated knowledge of workforce analytics and performance measurement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
Familiarity with change management methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean.

Pay Per Hour: £24.50
