Children's Workforce Academy Lead

Description
The Children's Workforce Academy Lead will play a vital role in shaping the future of the children's workforce through the development and implementation of training programs designed to enhance the skills and abilities of individuals working with children and families. This leadership position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including educational institutions, social services, and community organizations, to design a comprehensive curriculum that meets the evolving needs of the workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Academy, ensuring that all training initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with best practices in child welfare and development. As the lead, you will also engage in outreach efforts to expand the Academy's reach and impact, facilitating workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions. The Children's Workforce Academy Lead will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes. This role requires a dedicated and passionate leader who values collaboration and is committed to improving the lives of children and families through professional development and support for those who serve them.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs for the children's workforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
Create outreach strategies to increase participation in Academy programs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in training.
Provide mentorship and guidance to trainers and participants.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in child welfare or related areas.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Strong knowledge of best practices in child development and workforce training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and experience in program evaluation.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £36.78
