We are proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking, inclusive secondary school to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time role starting in September 2025. This long-term position offers the potential for a permanent contract following a successful introductory period.
As a key member of the support team, you'll collaborate closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver engaging learning activities. You will confidently lead small groups and occasionally take full classes, supporting students across a range of abilities and needs. You'll also mentor fellow support staff and play an active role in the wider school community.
