Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Secondary School - Long Term to Permanent Opportunity

Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time Only
Salary: £115 - £125 per day
Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a forward-thinking and supportive secondary school to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a September start. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent following a successful initial period.
In this role, you will collaborate with teaching staff to deliver engaging learning activities, lead small groups or full classes, and help students achieve their academic goals. You will also take on a mentoring capacity for fellow support staff and actively contribute to school life.
