(All Early Years Educator (level 3) qualifications must meet the national requirements set by Ofqual for valid, reliable assessment and awarding procedures. They must also be regulated by Ofqual onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework or National Qualifications Framework.)
We are looking to appoint an experienced Early Years Worker - Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work within our nursery setting. The role is to support the delivery of EYFS curriculum in a nurturing, caring, educational setting. Working alongside the class teacher and wider team, the successful candidate will be a key person and lead activities.
We believe that the Early Years is the most important time in a child and family’s life; giving them the wings to fly. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help to shape our vision for the future.
We are co-located with a Special Needs Primary School and together we form part of The Orchards Federation. The nursery is due to move into new, purpose built accommodation on our Upper Site in January 2026. This is exciting times for the nursery and will be a ‘new chapter’ for staff and children.
