§ Oversee the operational management of nine state-of-the-art theatres at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

§ Take the lead on procurement, product evaluation, and cost-saving initiatives.

As our new Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll be a vital force in shaping surgical care across our Trust. You’ll:

✔Provide visible, effective leadership across all perioperative services at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
✔Manage resources and budgets while ensuring safe and effective clinical operations.
✔Identify areas for service improvement and lead the implementation of innovative solutions.
✔Promote a safe, open culture that encourages reporting and learning from incidents.
✔Play a central role in recruitment, succession planning, and team development.
✔Represent the theatre service at Trust-wide and regional forums, sharing best practice and learning.
