You will also provide support to the visiting ENT clinicians.

You will be responsible for the daily clinical work of the department, managing your own workload as well as supervision, training and direct line management responsibility of the part-time Audiology assistant. Working in a small department requires exceptional interpersonal skills. Furthermore you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with other professionals and service users, including patients, carers and relatives.

The successful candidate must have the relevant qualifications;
• Audiology BSc or equivalent such as BAAT Parts 1&2 with NC Physiological Measurement.
• Postgraduate level education/qualification in an audiology specific discipline and/or business/leadership development.
