Friendly qualified experienced senior required for our 22 bed care home in Ingatestone. With full right to work full time in UK. Responsible for ensuring high standards of care, developing and implementing care plans and monitoring residents well being. Leading shifts, training new staff and can communicate well with families about residents and other health care professionals.
