Farnborough College of Technology is an outstanding Further Education College with a provision to support learners in and around the local area.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Learner Services Team. In this varied role, you will provide administrative support to a range of Programme Areas across the college, including our Corporate Office, and offer frontline support to students.
Your responsibilities will include supporting students with enrolment, helping with minor IT issues, guiding them in accessing resources, and signposting to other support services available within the college. Your role will also involve covering administrative functions at the Corporate Office, ensuring a consistent and professional standard of service is maintained across all college sites.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Learner Services Team in providing administrative support to various Programme Areas across college and supporting students with enrolment, minor IT issues, accessing resources and signposting to other support services at the college.
You will already have experience in a retail or office environment and should have a keen interest in working with people. You should have an eye for detail and great communication and administrative skills.
