Damp and Mould Operative (Painter)
Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Painter Decorator or Damp and Mould Operaive for domestic maintenance work covering Westminster.
The operative will be a mobile operative, provided with a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Operative:

Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating

Prepare surfaces by stripping old paint, clearing mould and using relevant mould treatment

Locating sources of damp within domestic properties and providing advice to customers

Work on domestic properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants

Maintain clean and safe working areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines
About you as the Damp and Mould Operative:

Experienced in mould washing and wall/surface treatment
-
Relevant trade or painting & decorating qualification
-
Full UK Driving Licence
