Summary

Damp and Mould Operative (Painter)

Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Painter Decorator or Damp and Mould Operaive for domestic maintenance work covering Westminster.

The operative will be a mobile operative, provided with a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.

08:00AM - 17:00PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Operative:

• Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating

  
  

• Prepare surfaces by stripping old paint, clearing mould and using relevant mould treatment

  
  

• Locating sources of damp within domestic properties and providing advice to customers

  
  

• Work on domestic properties, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants

  
  

• Maintain clean and safe working areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines

  
  

  About you as the Damp and Mould Operative:

  • Experienced in mould washing and wall/surface treatment

    
    

  • Relevant trade or painting & decorating qualification

    
    

  • Full UK Driving Licence
