Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis to a high standard, using primarily quantitative and qualitative approaches, to systematically examine, interpret and draw conclusion from numerical and unstructured text data
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to improve data quality
  • Seek opportunities where data can make a difference by exploring new tools and approaches to improve Achieve together’ s data collection and predictive analytical capabilities

Requirements:

  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics or equivalent field
  • Extensive experience in analytical work, working with primarily quantitative methods including correlational and experimental approaches
  • Experience in statistical modelling and indicator development
  • Strong skills in analytical tools, preferably Power BI and Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, R or equivalent
