Job Overview
As a Data Analyst at Optimus Solutions, you will be responsible for Designing, Developing, and Maintaining Power BI Dashboards and Reports that provide critical insights to our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and create data models and visualizations that help drive performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and Maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Create Data Models and optimise Data Flows for reporting.
- Translate complex data sets into easy-to-understand and visually appealing presentation.
- Perform Data Analysis to identify trends, insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure Data Accuracy and Consistency by performing regular validation checks.
- Work with large datasets from multiple sources (SQL and Excel) and integrate them into Power BI
- Optimise reports for performance and usability, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Assist in training business users in Power BI functionality and self-service reporting.
- Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in Power BI and Data Analytics.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- Proven working experience 2 - 3 years in Analysis and Power BI
- Experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Strong understanding of DAX and Data Modeling.
- Experience in SQL Queries.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with visual presentations and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ETL Processes.

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
