Role and responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students reach their potential. Responsibilities include:
• Supporting pupils with varying ability levels in-class and in intervention settings
• Assisting teachers in planning and preparing lessons and learning materials
• Encouraging student participation and promoting positive behaviour
• Working with pupils with SEND or EAL needs to provide tailored support
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teaching staff

Ideal candidate:
We are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:
• Holds a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (core subjects preferred)

• Is reliable, motivated, and ready to contribute to a busy school environment
• Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Is UK-based and has the right to work (sponsorship not available)
