Crynodeb
The postholder will be expected to take part in the full range of clinical activities of the department. The duties, sufficient to maintain and develop their pre-existing skills, will be negotiated with the Educational Supervisor and Consultants in paediatric cardiology. Clinical:The focus of this post is to develop subspecialty clinical skills in fetal cardiology. The postholder will also be expected to undertake a mixed range of duties at senior registrar level (under the supervision of one of the consultants). These will include but are not limited to outpatient commitments, participating in joint discussions about patients and in the allocation of clinical duties within the department if the need arises. The postholder will care for inpatients and out-patients both within the department and at outreach clinics.
