There will be the opportunity to participate in supervised operating lists, parallel run lists and also conduct upper limb surgery unsupervised with appropriately selected cases. The post-holder will gain experience in the management of complex upper limb and multiply injured patients at one of Europe’s leading and busiest Trauma Centres.
Supervision of the post is lead by Mr L Di Mascio, however time is spent with all upper limb consultants from the Royal London and Newham to maximise development and scope of practice. All areas of elective and traumatic shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery provided.
