Summary
Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care and support? The Sleep Physiology team is seeking a dedicated Clinic Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinic Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to patients attending for sleep Physiology outpatient appointments.
As a Clinic Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to patients attending for Sleep Physiology outpatient appointments.
• Welcome patients to the clinic with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
• Efficiently book patients into appointments and arrange further appointments as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and the smooth running of clinics.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure a consistent approach across the Trust, following defined processes and timelines for carrying out your duties.
• Support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clinicians, and support staff to optimize patient experiences and clinic operations.
