The Role

Our client is seeking a Course Leader to head up portfolio of Business Management and Digital Marketing courses within the World of Business. You will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the course, leading academic delivery and ensuring their students receive an outstanding learning experience that blends academic excellence with real world application.

You'll lead a team of passionate lecturers and collaborate closely with industry partners to ensure their curriculum remains cutting edge, relevant, and aligned with the needs of today's business landscape. You will also contribute to teaching, curriculum development, and quality assurance, with a focus on embedding their unique approach to personal development.

Desirable:

- Experience in engaging with industry to co-create or co-deliver academic content.

- Familiarity with non-traditional HE models or alternative pathways to student success.

- Experience of supporting the development of apprenticeships.
