We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join East Riding College in the role of a Student Recruitment Officer. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
Our Student Recruitment Officers work to attract, recruit, and support the enrolment of potential students into the TEC Partnership’s further and higher education courses, ensuring that enrolment targets are achieved.
You will be working with schools to attract potential students for our Beverley campus. You'll be as happy preparing an engaging on-brand presentation as presenting it to groups of various sizes and ages. You'll move happily from morning assembly to parents' evening as well as organising and hosting events on our campus. You'll be just as comfortable speaking to young people and their parents/carers as gathering fun and engaging activities from teaching colleagues to use at events. You will be able to provide students with the information they need to make informed decisions about their future education and career paths through highlighting the role East Riding College, Beverley can play in their career journey.
About the person
The successful candidate will have experience in a sales, customer service or similar environment. It is important that you haves strong written and verbal communication skills alongside excellent organisational skills. The role varies so you need to be able to work both independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
