Impact Futures UK and The Childcare Company are looking for a Head of Relationships – Childcare & Early Years to join our dynamic
team. In this exciting and rewarding role, you’ll lead and inspire our Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional service and
drive growth across our childcare and early years client portfolio.

This is a hybrid role, requires national travel to strategically deliver the level of service required across your teams. You must
have full access to a vehicle and a clean UK driving licence

The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the Childcare & Early Years Relationships team to deliver high levels of performance.
Reporting directly into the Customer Success Director, you will be pivotal in shaping the Client Relationship approach for TCC.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, the ability to lead and manage and inspire a diverse team. This is an
exciting and highly rewarding role; you will position the organisation to have a strong presence through the teams you lead and
manage with a solution focussed approach. The role is fast paced and demands resilience, leadership, and a desire to achieve. In
return you will achieve job satisfaction, high performances and be part of future growth in the commercial division.

The role will involve:
- Leading and developing a high-performing Childcare & Early Years Relationships team
- Understanding goals, targets, KPI, MLP`s and challenges to provide personalised support and guidance for your teams.
- Proactively engaging with your teams to identify opportunities for upselling, cross selling our product offer to increase labour
market position
- Developing people strategy to identify succession planning across the team in line with the Direction and wider Commercial
strategy for growth.
- Ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding your teams on best practices and offering insights to new products in our portfolio.

About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management or client relationships within the apprenticeship or education sector
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
- A solution-focused, proactive mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Flexibility to travel nationally (must hold a full UK driving licence)
- An understanding of the sector/s; understand the legal, regulatory and ethical frameworks relating to the education and training
sector.
