We are recruiting a Level 3 Operations Admin Apprentice in our St Albans Branch!

Expected duration of apprenticeship: 12 months

Your salary: £7.55 per hour (around £15,750 per year)

Your working pattern:

* Monday to Friday
* 10am to 6pm

As a Operations Admin Apprentice, you will gain exposure to the following areas and much more:

* Administrative support for the Transport and Warehouse teams, e.g. printing, filing, scanning and copying, etc
* Supporting with monitoring inventory levels and undertaking stock control.
* Handling and responding to inbound calls and emails from stakeholders.
* Coordinating routes and managing correspondence regarding deliveries.
* Developing and maintain a sustainable filing system
* Replenishing office equipment as required, checking in with the Operations Manager
* Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholder enquiries, escalating complex issues.
* Booking couriers for ad hoc and urgent deliveries.
* Any other duties as reasonably required
