Summary
Clinical Responsibility Identify and share good practice. Provide pastoral support for learners in clinical environments. Leadership and Staff Management Responsibility To support learners supervision, training and development of employees/students/trainees or equivalent others, including whether they are responsible for recruitment, appraising and disciplinary matters. Beopen and approachable as well as proactive in discussing and agreeing a process to monitor an employees mental and physical health. Financial Responsibility Manage resources effectively clinical, office and other equipment. Ensure compliance with the financial regulations of the trust. To understand the apprenticeship framework and national levy Service Development and Improvement To participate in standardisation, self-assessment reviews and quality improvement activities. To participate in quality assurance for the apprenticeships when required. Communications To effectively communicate with external partners and education providers. To be sensitive, contentiousness, and professional in all interactions within our own organisation, trust, and multi-professional staff groups.
