Salary: £12.21 + £8.00 per night incentive bonus

Are you ready to join a well-established and successful bakery company renowned for its exceptional baked goods? Our client is expanding their Hygiene team and are looking for a experienced, dedicated and skilled Hygiene Operatives to help maintain the highest hygiene standards in their facility.
You will be working 4 days on/4 days off. 1 weekend in 4 you will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday as overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise production machinery and equipment according to established COSHH protocols and schedules.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, with a specific focus on food hygiene.
- ⚙️ Follow proper cleaning procedures for various types of machinery and equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- ♻️ Dispose of waste materials and hazardous substances safely and in adherence with guidelines.
- ️ Ensure all health and safety regulations and guidelines are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining hygiene protocols and procedures throughout the production process.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
Requirements:
- ✅ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a food production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of COSHH regulations and food hygiene practices is essential.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.
- ⏰ Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Punctual and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks in a demanding role.
- ️ Good communication skills with the ability to work well within a team and independently.
