Salary: £36,489 per annum (Grade 3, SCP 30)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Westminster's largest and most respected Further Education and Training colleges for the position of Vocational Coach in Facilities Management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and forward-thinking team that plays a key role in transforming the lives of learners through outstanding education and training.

️ About the Role

The successful Vocational Coach in Facilities Management will take responsibility for a cohort of apprentices within the Facilities Management sector, delivering a high-quality learning experience from initial onboarding through to End Point Assessment (EPA).

This is a hands-on coaching role involving:

  • Designing and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned workshops (online and in person)
  • Working with apprentices in developing sector-specific skills and completing their qualifications
  • Conducting assessments and providing constructive, personalised feedback
  • Working closely with employers to align training with real workplace requirements
  • Preparing learners for success at EPA and in their long-term careers
✅ Key Requirements

We're looking for a Vocational Coach in Facilities Management who brings:

  • Significant experience in the Facilities Management sector (preferably in a management role)
  • A recognised assessor qualification (e.g., A1, CAVA, TAQA)
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA frameworks
  • Excellent organisational, IT and communication skills
  • The ability to plan, deliver and assess high-quality vocational training

Additional teaching qualifications and experience with online learning platforms are highly desirable.
