We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Facilities Manager to take ownership of operations at our Chancery Lane office in London.
Job Description
In this role, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of the workplace, maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all employees.
Your focus will be on delivering high-quality facilities services, overseeing maintenance, and supporting a positive day-to-day office experience that aligns with both operational standards and employee expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Implement and monitor health and safety procedures, including inspections.
Control facilities budgets and track related expenses.
Resolve facilities issues promptly and maintain accurate compliance records.
Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives within the office.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Proactive approach with attention to detail
