£25,905.73 - £28,410.65 per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

Make Every Day Count

Are you ready to be the reason a child feels safe, supported, and seen?
Do you believe every young person deserves love, security, and the chance to thrive?

If you're nodding "yes," then this is more than a job - it's your calling. Join our warm, dedicated team and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and young people aged 12-17, many of whom have faced trauma, neglect, abuse, or are living with neurodiversity, learning difficulties, or mental health challenges.

About the Role

As a Residential Children's Worker, you'll be more than a carer - you'll be a mentor, a safe space, and a steady presence in the lives of children who need you most.

You'll:

  • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care in a safe and respectful environment

  • Support emotional, educational, and social development every step of the way

  • Help young people rebuild trust, confidence, and hope

  • Work within a supportive team driven by strong values and a clear purpose

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for superheroes - just real people who care deeply and show up with heart, courage, and commitment.

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Kind, calm, and resilient under pressure

  • A natural relationship-builder who leads with empathy and respect

  • Committed to giving every child a voice and the opportunity to shine

What You'll Need
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce (or a willingness to gain it - fully funded through our Apprenticeship programme)

  • A warm, down-to-earth personality

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends on a rota

What You'll Get in Return

We take care of our people so they can take care of others:

  • Competitive salary: £25,905.73 - £28,410.65 (pro-rata for part-time)

  • 30 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service

  • Enhanced family leave: maternity, paternity, adoption & shared parental

  • Pension scheme & life assurance

  • Ongoing training, qualifications & career progression

  • Supportive team culture with regular supervision & appraisals

  • Employee recognition schemes, perks & rewards

About Our Home

This isn't just a workplace - it's a home. A place where young people are treated with dignity, encouraged to heal, and inspired to grow. We believe in creating joyful, empowering experiences that help each child reclaim their story and shape a brighter future.

Ready to Be the Difference?

If you're ready to be part of something truly meaningful, apply now and start changing lives - one child at a time.

Be the person who makes a young person feel safe, heard, and hopeful again.
