Due to an increase in our client base, an opportunity has arisen to join our National Accounts team here at GG Glass. Based in Tuebrook Liverpool, GG Glass and Glazing Ltd is a nationwide company providing project and reactive glazing services to the commercial sector.
Our Costing Administrators manage the day to day operations of our clients from the costing of jobs, providing quotations and submission of invoices This includes updating of customer portals and in house systems and liaising with clients and subcontractors.
Communication skills are key as you will be liaising with clients, subcontractors and colleagues from our network around the UK
As part of the National Accounts team the successful candidate will be given full training to ensure clients needs are met and expectations exceeded and ensure personal development so would ideally suit someone looking to start their career and learns new skills.
The key skills required for the role are:
Customer focused
Reliable
Personable
Computer literate
Able to work under pressure
In return, full training will be provided to the successful candidate who has a passion to learn and work as part of a team
Working hours are within set shifts of Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm with one hour lunch break
Holiday allowance of 30 days per annum (including bank holidays) is offered along with pension contributions and company EAP (employee assistance programme)
