A well established Estate Agency based in Castle Bromwich is offering an opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator.

The Role:
Register potential customers
Arrange and attend viewings
Liaise and negotiate between buyers and sellers
Close deals
Canvass for new business opportunities
Achieve pre-agreed targets
Skills / Experience:
Strong customer service experience
Sales and rapport building skills
Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Full and clean UK driving license
