Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Valuer to cover Yardley and surrounding areas.
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Estate Agent, working in their vibrant office situated in Yardley.
We are looking for an experienced Valuer who has a proven track record within Estate Agency and business generation, to join a forward thinking and like minded team.
Main responsibilities;
Arranging and conducting valuations
New Business Generation
Arranging and conducting viewings
Successfully negotiating offers
You will possess;
Current Estate Agency Experience
Business Generation and Valuations experience
Excellent presentation and communication Skills
Well Presented Estate Agency Skills
Full UK driving licence.
