  The Role

  We are searching for a committed nursing home manager, care home manager, or registered manager to take full operational responsibility for a purpose-built care home providing residential and nursing care. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a well-trained team to deliver person-centred care for older adults

    
    

  • Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal governance

    
    

  • Driving continuous improvement in care delivery, staffing, and resident wellbeing

    
    

  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
