Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Ward Nurse Manager (RMN or RNLD) to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team within a specialist neurorehabilitation hospital. What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse – RMN or RNLD (NMC PIN required).
- Previous ward management or senior nursing leadership experience in a mental health or neurorehabilitation setting.
- Strong working knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, and DoLS frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for empowering others and delivering holistic, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a specialist inpatient ward, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care and patient safety.
- Support and supervise a dedicated clinical team, promoting reflective practice, learning, and professional growth.
- Oversee compliance with the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Champion a positive and inclusive culture where patients feel respected, empowered, and supported.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practice in neurorehabilitation.
