Crynodeb
We are looing for a highly skilled Press Brake Operator to work for our client based in Newark.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with an early finish on a Friday, salary for £13.00ph to £15.00ph.
This is a temporary to permanent role.
You'll be responsible for folding parts to tight tolerances using press brakes, working from drawings and liaising with other departments (laser, welding, rolling) to ensure a smooth production flow.
Your Key Responsibilities: Set and operate press brake machines, Interpret and work from detailed drawings, Fold a variety of steel components, conduct visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring tools, work efficiently to meet production deadlines without compromising quality, contribute to a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Must have
Proven experience operating a press brake in a fabrication or engineering setting, ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions, high attention to detail and pride in producing quality work, (Desirable) Forklift/crane experience – training provided if needed
