Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a new challenge within the financial services sector? Our Client, an independent mortgage broker, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position demands exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful Executive Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the office(s), contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

The Role

The duties of the Executive Assistant will include, but not be limited to the following core duties:-

- Managing a busy personal and business calendar, ensuring optimal time management for the business owner.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising meetings and following up on action points.
- Conducting research and compiling data to support executive decision-making.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects including events management, facilities management and marketing initiatives.
- Supporting, when required, with day to day administration (previous experience within a financial services sector, particularly mortgages would be advantageous).

The Candidate

-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
