Summary
️ Job Purpose
-Protect customer property, people, and assets by following site instructions and procedures.
-Meet or exceed service expectations to help maintain the contract.
-Continue developing skills through regular training.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
-Follow company policies and UK laws.
-Carry out tasks as outlined in the site's Assignment Instructions.
-Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
-Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
-Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
-Work in an organised and methodical way.
Training & Development
-Complete all required training.
-Take extra courses to grow professionally.
-Use technology to support your job.
-Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
Security & Health & Safety
-Spot and report any hazards.
-Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues.
-Use good judgement and call for help if needed.
-Stay calm and professional in tough situations.
-Write clear notes after any incident for reporting.
-Stick to your schedule and remain committed.
-Make check-in calls at assigned times.
-Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
