Summary
A property maintenance company is currently looking for a full time cleaner / housekeeper to join their team, on a permanent contract. Working in a service apartment near Pimlico SW1V.

Job Duties
The cleaner / Housekeeper job will require:
Dedicated housekeepers would take on deep cleaning duties, housekeeping, kitchen appliance cleaning and maintaining cleanliness throughout the service apartments.
Safe Equipment Handling: Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly.
Client Preferences: Handle cleaning tasks according to client preferences and any special instructions provided.
Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
General Cleaning Duties: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and sanitising surfaces.
Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damage, or inventory needs to the appropriate personnel.
Housekeeping duties, cleaning rooms, making beds, changing lines and restocking replenishes.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in residential cleaning is paramount.
High Cleaning Standards: You possess a strong commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
Physical Capabilities: Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing and bending
Deep Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
Hotel Cleaning: 2 years (required)
Job Offer
Permanent Position: Secure a stable and long-term career.
Competitive Pay: £13.00 per hour.
Working Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday 40 – 50 per week. Candidates would need to be flexibible 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday.
