We’re hiring a Receptionist to join a brand-new client account, right from day one. This is a great opportunity to help shape the front-of-house experience as part of our Workplace Experience team.
Job Description
You’ll be the face of the building - welcoming guests, supporting building users, and creating moments that matter for everyone who walks through the door.
Professional, warm, and proactive, you’ll bring best practice to life across all front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for enquiries.
Create a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
Support high-profile events and day-to-day operations across the site.
Work closely with security to follow site access and safety procedures.
Conduct building tours, report faults, and maintain presentation standards.
Build strong client relationships and capture individual preferences.
Promote collaboration and a positive one-team culture across all functions.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Some experience within facilities management is essential.
Reception or front-of-house experience is preferred.
Able to work discreetly within a highly confidential environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in public sector or commercial settings is advantageous.
Skilled in managing multiple stakeholder demands under pressure.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
