Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils in Maths lessons, providing tailored assistance to those who need additional help
• Deliver small group interventions and 1:1 tuition where required
• Work closely with the Maths department and teaching staff to enhance pupil progress
• Help identify learning gaps and support targeted strategies to close them
• Motivate and inspire students to develop confidence in numeracy

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maths graduate who meets the following criteria:
• Minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Economics)
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent numeracy skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
• Passionate about education and supporting young learners
• Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, school placements) – desirable
• Interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
