We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our Wallpaperdirect Customer Service Team based at our Maple Road offices in Eastbourne. Supporting customers with a wide variety of enquiries via phone and email, this role plays a vital part in providing the first class service our customers expect when contacting Wallpaperdirect about their orders, product selections or design project enquiries.Wallpaperdirect has been selling wallcoverings online for almost 20 years and with access to over 11,000 different wallcoverings and a stock of over 4,000, we are able to offer our customers an extremely varied choice.
